Razer DeathAdder Reviews, A Great Mouse For Hardcore PC Gamers

So, you’re looking around the internet for Razer DeathAdder reviews? Well you’ve stumbled across mine and I have been a faithful owner of a Razer DeathAdder for about ten months and I have to say it’s the best gaming mouse I have ever used! 😀

So let’s get to the review! 🙂

The Razer DeathAdder comes with a cloud based software called Razer Synapse. Razer Synapse allows the user to fully customize their DeathAdder by the DPI, which buttons do what, and other things as well. Although not needed, I suggest syncing your mouse with Razer Synapse that way if you ever use your DeathAdder elsewhere then it will remember your preferred settings.

This gaming mouse comes with two thumb buttons to set to whatever you feel most useful. For example, I find the thumb buttons useful during my game-play of Far Cry 4 because I can set my med pack button to my thumb rather than another key on the keyboard, therefore freeing up that key for use on a different action. The thumb buttons are perfectly placed on the left side of the mouse and this makes it very easy and noticeable as to which button does what.

A lot of gamers seem to think that more thumb buttons means better mouse, but in my opinion having a bunch of buttons is not needed. If you want 12 thumb buttons on your mouse, then you better be playing a bunch of MMOs but if not then two thumb buttons is going to be perfect. Not too many buttons for confusion, but just the right amount for an optimal gaming experience.

The Razer DeathAdder has a max DPI setting of 6400 DPI. This makes this mouse AMAZING for first person shooter games because of its great precision when moving around the screen. But this precision doesn’t only go towards FPS games, this also goes towards all of your other games as well! I have had other gaming mouses in the past such as the Razer Abyssus and just other random ones that friends use, and I do have to say that the Razer DeathAdder delivers the most value for the buck when it comes to the precision side of things.

This mouse also has an awesome ergonomic design meaning that it will fit basically anyone’s hand while doing some hardcore gaming. The side grips on this mouse provide a very comfortable feel while gripping the mouse.  The mouse buttons, including the thumb buttons, click very well and are extremely responsive. These buttons are for sure going to know when you are executing your next head shot or med pack boost. 😉

There is also a very nice ambient green lighting that is inside of the Razer DeathAdder. The Razer symbol pulses green while the scroll wheel stays a nice bright green. The scroll wheel also has a very nice feel to it, it may be made out of the same material as the side grips on this mouse as well!

All in all, if you’re looking for a high value PC gaming mouse then the Razer DeathAdder is the mouse for you. It delivers a massive DPI setting of 6400 DPI while also being the most comfortable with the side grips and ergonomic design. You can’t go wrong with this mouse!
