Cyber Monday is upon us and so today is literally the best day of the year to be saving a bunch of money if you’re looking into doing a PC build!
I’ll be listing some parts and peripherals that I’ve found are for a lower price point. Most of these deals I’ve either found myself on Amazon or from different articles I’ve read up on to see what the best deals are! Continue reading
Hey everyone, it’s that time of year again. That time where there are some potentially great deals online for PC peripherals and hardware!
Black Friday is a crazy day for all of the local shoppers, I tend to want top stay home and shop online anyway. After doing a bit of hunting for good deals, I’ve found a batch of some products that you may want to take a look at if you’re looking for some hardware and/or peripherals soon! Continue reading
It’s November now which means that the weekend of the 25th includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday. There can be some really awesome deals on those days so should you wait?
I’d like to elaborate a bit on this and talk about my past experience to help answer that question. Continue reading
Recently I’ve been getting some “hate” comments (if you even want to call it that) that are saying that the builds that I share aren’t actually up to par to what you could actually do within the budget point – more specifically with the $1,000 build listed on the site.
I’d like to address what these people have been saying as I do understand the concern, but I’d like to express my perspective as to why I have the builds the way I have them. Continue reading
With all of this new hardware being released – anyone getting into a new PC build are wondering if they should wait for these new parts to become available.
I’ve been keeping an eye on the market with these cards and the pricing of them are nothing compared to what they were announced to be… Continue reading
For those of you that are trying to plan in the months ahead for your build, you’ll want to make sure that you grab your Windows OS before July 29th.
That’s when Microsoft is pulling the plug on being able to upgrade to Windows 10 for free, that’s when people putting their own builds together are going to have to buy Windows 10 at a retail price.
Some people believe that you must wear rubber gloves when you go to put your PC build together. It’s not entirely necessary and I’ll tell you why!
With my first couple of builds I made sure that I wore rubber gloves because I figured that since static electricity can’t get through rubber that I’d be entirely safe.
Although this is true, rubber gloves really aren’t needed as there are some super simple solutions to making sure that you don’t have any static electricity in your hands when you go to build. Continue reading
I’d like to review over Xidax for their “ultimate” custom gaming PCs. Most pre-built sites like this don’t really have good value, but we’ll see if Xidax does!
I’ll be looking into different budget points for custom PCs that they have, if the parts are of quality measure and if it’s actually worth getting for the price.
With that, let’s get to the review. Continue reading
So last night I finished building the PC build of my DREAMS, it’s everything I’ve ever wanted and then some. I was able to use some old parts which helped out!
Scavenging some parts from my old PC build was nice but I wanted to make sure that most everything was going to be new. I got a new case, a new video card, a much better processor and I added a solid state drive to it as well.
This is the first time I’ve been able to actually experience 60 fps on max settings with some games and it’s my first time experiencing the speed of a SSD. Let’s get right to it! 🙂 Continue reading
