What Graphics Settings Should You Adjust?

Not every PC build on the planet is going to be able to run everything at maximum graphics settings. It’s good to know what to tweak to get good frames!

I’d like to share the settings that I like to tweak a bit to get better performance without changing the overall look of the game so much. If you know what settings don’t change a whole lot then you can get optimal frames per second while having the game still look awesome!

Does This Dude Even Know How To Build A PC?

Recently I’ve been getting some ā€œhateā€ comments (if you even want to call it that) that are saying that the builds that I share aren’t actually up to par to what you could actually do within the budget point – more specifically with the $1,000 build listed on the site.

I’d like to address what these people have been saying as I do understand the concern, but I’d like to express my perspective as to why I have the builds the way I have them.

Afterglow Xbox One Controller For PC, Does It Work Well?

The Afterglow Xbox One controller is a great controller, especially for PC players. From changing colors to mapping extra buttons, it’s definitely worth buying!

Although it doesn’t have a specific software to customize it like it does on the Xbox One, it’s still an awesome gamepad to go with your PC.

CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA3400A Gaming Desktop Review, Where Does It Lack?

TheĀ CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA3400A gaming desktop is one of the top sellers on Amazon right now so I figured it was time to write up a review of it.

As always, it’s a better idea to build your own computer since you get the most bang for your buck – meaning that you actually get the right amount of power behind each dollar that you invest in it.

I get it, some people think that they wouldn’t be able to put a build of their own together and I’m not saying that’s a totally bad thing, some people just want to upgrade the graphics card as well as not having to worry about actually putting it together.

9/10 times pre-built PCs aren’t a good idea and that’s exactly why I always preach for people to build their own. You save so much more money for what you get out of building your own.

With that, let’s get to the review.

People that are new to the world of PC gaming never really look at or even know what to look at when trying to see whether or not a PC is worth picking up. Most of the time, the hardware inside doesn’t match up for what you pay for.

With that, let’s get to the review.

Is Overwatch Destined For eSports?

Plenty of people have picked up Overwatch, over 10 million to be exact, but does that necessarily meanĀ that it’s destined for a spot in the eSports scene?

I just bought Overwatch yesterday since a close friend of mine bought it and wanted some more friends to play with. I participated in the Overwatch open beta and I thought it was pretty fun, figured that the full game would deliver as well!

Virtual Reality Takes PC Gaming To The Next Level

This will be another shorter post, I’ve spent quite a good bit of time with the Vive and soon I wish to write a more in-depth review of it but in short – it’s absolutely amazing.

I didn’t think VR gameplay would be this good, but it just is. I’m super hyped for the future of what the Vive is going to be able to do.

Sure, its current price point is pretty high being a $799 product so not everyone is going to be able to get their hands on it… but if you ever get a chance to test one out yourself I guarantee that you’re going to do everything you can to own one for yourself!

5 Free PC Games To Try With Your New Build

Free to play PC games are getting all sorts of attention and for good reason – they’re actually getting to be some of the best games on the market!

Some free to play games are ā€œpay to winā€ meaning that there are micro transactions that give players buffs that players that don’t pay would never be able to get.

Then there are other free to play games that don’t do this at all and their micro transactions are simply to make characters or items look awesome.

I know that there will be plenty more free to play games to release in the coming months and years, but here are five that don’t have ā€œpay to winā€ and are actually super fun!
